ERBE opens a plant in Rangendingen
In response to market demand, ERBE Elektromedizin GmbH will be offering a larger line of sterile, disposable products. As a complement to our Tübingen production site, ERBE has acquired an existing production building in Rangendingen in order to produce these new product groups under clean-room conditions.

The new production facilities in Rangendingen are scheduled to begin operations with 50 employees in early May 2012. The company’s building is particularly well-suited for manufacturing disposable medical products and offers production space that can be operated as an ISO 8 clean-room facility. “We don’t see our newest production building in Rangendingen as shifting our operations—we see the new plant as strengthening our Tübingen headquarters,” says Christian O. Erbe in response to current media reports. Reiner Thede, CEO of ERBE Elektromedizin GmbH, goes on to say, “Let me be quite clear: relocating our production site is not on the table.” 16.12.2011 |
