Operation steps
Waterjet dissection of the kidney parenchyma

Waterjet dissection of the kidney parenchyma

The high-pressure waterjet of the straight applicator is used for selective dissection of the kidney parenchyma. The applicator is guided over the tissue in stroking movements.

Sealing the exposed vessels

Sealing the exposed vessels

The exposed vessels are sealed using BiClamp LAP and then cut. Due to the low level of blood loss, ischemia, or temporary clamping of the renal vessels, is often not required.
